Car Rental in Northern Cyprus

Local public transport is not as efficient as in the UK. Renting a car in North Cyprus is easy and relatively cheap, between £15 to £36 a day depending on the car hired. You drive on the left as in the UK and a current driving licence (not an international one) is all that is needed. The road conditions are reasonably good and signposted, with the urban and village speed limit set at 65kph.

Please note: The comprehensive car insurance included in the hire price usually carries a large sum of excess. Hirers are advised to purchase Collision damage waiver. At approximately £3 per day extra, this will cover for the liability to pay the excess amount on the insurance, in case they are involved in an accident.

There are many different car makes available in each car group and the car hire booked may not be the exact same make as shown in the pictures. It will, however, be within the same class vehicle and be the closest possible match.
